CRABAPPLE SPRINGS consists of seven tracts with acreage from 11.73 acres to 39.24 acres.  These homesites all have some excellent tree cover including oaks, cedar elm, walnut and some cedar, although most of the cedar has been removed.  All of the tracts have been designed so that you will have a view (several with nice, long range views) and several will have live springs, one will have a pond.

Location is about eight miles north of Fredericksburg on a paved county maintained road and the new road onto the acreage has just been paved and rock column entrance installed.  The tracts will be restricted with quality restrictions to protect the integrity of the area.
