Darlene Dartez GRI Although born and raised in Del Rio Texas my love for Fredericksburg started in my childhood days with visits year round to see my grandmother and other family members! Mike Starks GRI I was born in New Orleans, and spent my school years there and in Baton Rouge. I came to Fredericksburg in 1990. I spent eleven years in the Restaurant business on Main Street here in Fredericksburg. As a result of that experience, I am very customer service oriented and accustomed to satisfying my client's needs. I received my Texas Real Estate License in 2001 and have been a leader in my profession serving as Vice president and President of the Gillespie County Board of Realtors. Jenny Neffendorf GRI My first vision of Fredericksburg was driving down Main Street at midnight during Christmas to visit my parents who had retired here. The entire street was lit up with beautiful white lights; I made the decision then and there I was going to live here. After living on both coasts, (Weston Connecticut in High School, Boston (Pine Manor College) and transferring to Pepperdine University in Malibu), I had finally made it back to my home state (born in Fort Worth). This is a great place to raise a family and small enough to feel safe but at the same time diverse with a lot of the cultural interest of a big city. I have a great family, my step daughter Melissa lives in San Antonio with her brother Marshall, my son, Jordan, is a Junior in High School and an aspiring chef. My husband Gary is the City Manager of Fredericksburg and has done a fantastic job for 15 years. My hobbies are cooking and watercolor painting in my "spare" time, and then there's shopping, but that's more of an obsession my husband would say........... I began my real estate career in 1998, a move that has been very rewarding in many ways Not only do I enjoy meeting all the new people, I have gained a lot of new friendships along the way. Buying and selling real estate does not have to be difficult, but it does require being able to put the pieces of the puzzle together, finding the right property with the right features begins the process.
